AI Architect - MLOps

Role Description : As an AI Architect, you will be a trusted advisor to our banking clients, guiding them through their AI transformation journey. You will be responsible for defining AI strategies, architecting MLOps platforms, and ensuring the successful deployment of AI models. Your ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and your experience with custom or GCP ML orchestration platforms will be crucial for delivering impactful results. - Responsibilities : - Collaborate with banking clients to understand their business needs and challenges. - Define and influence AI strategies that align with client objectives. - Identify and recommend appropriate AI technologies and solutions for specific use cases. - Design and architect robust and scalable AI platforms, including MLOps infrastructure. - Define architecture for model management, model deployment, and model monitoring. - Ensure the platform supports various AI models, including supervised learning, reinforcement learning, and LLM models. - Oversee the implementation of MLOps platforms, either custom or based on GCP ML orchestration. - Design and implement workflows for model building, training, deployment, and management. - Ensure the platform supports efficient and automated model lifecycle management. - Determine which classes of AI models can be used for client use cases provided by the business. - Evaluate and select appropriate AI models for specific applications. - Guide the development and deployment of AI models. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. - Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems. - Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies. - Research and evaluate new AI tools and techniques. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in AI solutions. - Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. - - Present AI strategies and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications : Experience : - 8-12 years of experience in AI architecture, machine learning, or related fields. - Proven experience in working with banking clients and influencing their AI strategies. - Experience in defining architecture for MLOps platforms. - Experience working on custom or GCP ML orchestration platforms. - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI models (supervised learning, reinforcement learning, LLM models). - Experience with MLOps platforms and tools. - Proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP preferred). - Experience with data engineering and data management. - Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). - - Experience with API development and integration.
