Job Description : Responsibilities : - Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP PP/QM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support. - Provide expert-level support for existing SAP PP/QM systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements. - Conduct thorough system testing and ensure data integrity. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. - - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice. - Conduct workshops and presentations to gather requirements and demonstrate proposed solutions. - Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Defend the designed solution with customers, clearly explaining the logic and benefits. - Manage client expectations and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. - Analyze existing business processes in manufacturing and quality management. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend SAP solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Map business processes to SAP functionality and ensure alignment with best practices. - Provide recommendations for leveraging technology to drive higher efficiency and/or effectiveness. - Configure and support quality inspection processes in procurement, production, and delivery. - Manage quality notifications, test equipment and calibrations, statistical process control (SPC), and quality certificates. - Develop and maintain standard and custom QM reports. - Possess strong integration knowledge of QM with PP, MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution). - Handle Rejections, Rework and deviation in production apart from standard manufacturing/quality processes. - Configure and support master data, demand management, MRP, production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor control. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of MRP concepts and their application in various manufacturing scenarios. - Have exposure in DMS (Document Management System). - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP PP/QM functionalities in S/4HANA. - Participate in S/4HANA conversion and implementation projects. - Understand and apply best practices for S/4HANA PP/QM.
