MS Dynamics Consultant - Business Central

About the Role : We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for the technical design, development, and testing of core Dynamics 365 Business Central applications. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, develop custom solutions, and ensure best practices are followed. This role requires a strong understanding of BC architecture, AL development, and integration with third-party : - Design, develop, and test core Dynamics 365 Business Central applications. - Convert functional requirements into technical specifications and design documents. - Develop custom solutions and modifications to meet business needs. - Ensure development best practices are adhered to by the team. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members. - Provide technical recommendations for installation, modifications, and custom development. - Perform NAV/BC installation and configuration. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BC/NAV. - Perform system maintenance. - Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 Business Central and third-party software using web services/APIs. - Utilize Dynamics NAV web services/APIs for seamless integration. - Working experience on Integrations. - Develop and maintain RDLC reports. - Provide real-time knowledge and expertise in RDLC report development. - Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience with AL development. - Develop and implement solutions using events and subscribers. - Good understanding of events and subscribers. - Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and scope out modifications and custom development. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Provide clear and concise documentation. - Excellent communication, planning and organization skills. Requirements : - 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 BC development. - At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 BC. - Strong proficiency in AL development. - Experience with NAV/BC installation and configuration. - Expertise in BC/NAV troubleshooting. - Experience with Dynamics NAV web services/APIs and integration with third-party software. - Proficiency in RDLC report development. - Good understanding of events and subscribers. - Experience with testing procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work in Australia Time Zone (4:00 AM to 1:00 PM). - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications. - Experience with cloud-based deployments of Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Experience with Power Platform Integration. Working Conditions : Location : - This position may be based on-site, with potential opportunities for remote work.
