Technical Product Manager - Salesforce

Job Title : Salesforce Technical Product Manager - Automotive Solutions Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Job Overview : Our Client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Product Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives in the automotive sector. This role is crucial in implementing and optimizing DMS, CRM (Salesforce), Tableau, and Auto Cloud solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Head of IT, Chief Software Officer, and Chairman's Office to align technology with business goals. Key Responsibilities : 1. Digital Transformation & Project Management - Lead the implementation, integration, and go-live of Salesforce, DMS, Tableau, and Auto Cloud solutions. - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Data Cloud, Call Center, Telematics) for seamless integration. Data Analysis & Reporting : - Use Tableau for sales, marketing, and operational data analysis, providing actionable insights. - Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Technology Implementation & Management : - Manage ERP integrations with cloud-based solutions, including GCP for telematics. - Oversee the operations and integration of a third-party call center. - Establish and manage a command center for real-time system monitoring and issue resolution. Stakeholder Management & Communication : - Report directly to the Head of IT and collaborate with the Chief Software Officer. - Provide strategic updates and insights to the Chairman's Office. - Ensure clear communication of project objectives and progress with all stakeholders. Industry & Technology Insights : - Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in automotive and digital transformation. - Contribute to the development of IT strategies and roadmaps. Qualifications & Experience : - 5 years of experience in IT project management, product management, or business analysis, preferably in automotive or manufacturing. - Expertise in Salesforce, ERP systems, DMS, Tableau, and cloud technologies (GCP, Auto Cloud). - Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools. - Proven ability to lead complex IT projects in fast-paced environments. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of commercial and electric vehicles is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
