Kronos Developer - UKG Platform

Location : Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Employment Type : Permanent Payroll Company : Anlage Infotech About the Job : Anlage Infotech is seeking a technically proficient and experienced Kronos Developer to join our permanent payroll and contribute to the NTT DATA team. This role demands a deep understanding of the Kronos UKG platform and its underlying technical architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical design, development, implementation, and support of Kronos solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. We are looking for an immediate joiner or someone who can join within a maximum of 10 days. Technical Responsibilities : - Kronos UKG Platform Development & Configuration : Design, develop, configure, and customize the Kronos UKG platform based on business requirements, utilizing advanced features and functionalities. - PeS Interface Development & Management : Design, develop, implement, and troubleshoot PeS (likely Payroll Engine System) interfaces using appropriate tools and technologies to ensure accurate and timely data transfer. - "Move IT" Job Management : Manage, optimize, and potentially develop "Move IT" jobs and functionalities within the Kronos environment, ensuring efficient data processing and system performance. - Scheduled Job Development & Implementation : Develop, implement, and maintain scheduled jobs within Kronos using built-in schedulers or external tools to automate processes, generate reports, and ensure data integrity. - SFTP Configuration & Troubleshooting : Configure and troubleshoot SFTP connections for secure data exchange between Kronos and external systems. - Database Management & SQL Development : Design and optimize database queries using SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze Kronos data for reporting, troubleshooting, and development purposes. - UKG Platform Architecture Understanding : Possess a strong understanding of the underlying technical architecture of the UKG platform. - Ready Central Dimensions Configuration : Configure and manage Ready Central Dimensions within the Kronos system to meet reporting and analytical needs. - Integration Development : Develop and maintain integrations between Kronos and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity. - Technical Troubleshooting & Problem Solving : Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Kronos functionality, performance, and integrations. - Performance Tuning & Optimization : Identify and implement performance tuning measures to optimize Kronos system performance and scalability. - Security Implementation : Implement and maintain security protocols and configurations within Kronos to ensure data security and compliance. - Scripting & Automation : Utilize scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, potentially others) to automate tasks, extend functionality, and improve efficiency within the Kronos environment. - Technical Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations, integrations, custom developments, and troubleshooting procedures. - Version Control : Utilize version control systems to manage code and configurations effectively. - Adherence to Development Standards : Follow established development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines. Technical Skills and Experience : - Kronos UKG Platform Expertise : Deep technical expertise in the Kronos UKG platform architecture, modules, and development tools. - Interface Development : Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing interfaces, particularly with PeS systems. - Job Scheduling & Management : Experience with managing and developing scheduled jobs within Kronos. - SFTP : Strong understanding of SFTP protocols and configuration. - SQL : Advanced proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimization techniques. - UKG Platform Navigation & Administration : Excellent technical navigation and administration skills within the UKG platform. - Ready Central Configuration : Experience configuring and managing Ready Central Dimensions. - Integration Technologies : Familiarity with integration methodologies and technologies (e.g., APIs, web services). - Troubleshooting & Debugging : Strong technical troubleshooting and debugging skills. - Scripting (Preferred) : Experience with scripting languages relevant to Kronos (e.g., Groovy). - Operating Systems & Infrastructure : Understanding of operating systems and infrastructure relevant to Kronos deployment. - Version Control (Preferred) : Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Preferred Technical Skills : - Experience with specific Kronos modules beyond core Time & Attendance (e.g., Scheduling, Absence Management). - Knowledge of API development and integration with Kronos. - Experience with performance monitoring and tuning tools for Kronos. - Understanding of security best practices for enterprise applications. - Certification in Kronos UKG technical modules.
