Job Title : Salesforce FSL Developer Location : Noida, Bangalore, Merrut, Jaipur , Faridabad We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lightning) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of overall Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on FSL. This role requires strong proficiency in LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Apex development, as well as excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for customizing and developing Salesforce solutions within the FSL environment, ensuring efficient and effective field service operations. Responsibilities : - Develop and customize Salesforce solutions within the Field Service Lightning (FSL) environment. - Implement and configure FSL features to meet business requirements. - Design and develop custom components and functionalities to enhance FSL capabilities. - Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for user interfaces. - Write efficient and scalable Apex code for backend logic and integrations. - Ensure code quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices. - Develop custom Salesforce applications and solutions as needed. - Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce development. - Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective Salesforce solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Participate in design sessions and provide technical input. - Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality. - Deploy Salesforce solutions using appropriate deployment tools and processes. - Ensure smooth and efficient deployments. - Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations. - Document code, processes, and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful Salesforce projects. Required Skills : - 4-5 years of overall Salesforce development experience. - 2 years of experience as a Salesforce FSL Developer. - Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Strong proficiency in Apex development. - 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning. - Understanding of FSL features and functionalities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant). - Experience with Salesforce integrations. - Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and web services. - Experience with Agile development methodologies.
