SAP MDG Specialist - HANA/CFIN Module

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 HANA CFIN MDG Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and optimizing SAP CFIN and MDG solutions, ensuring efficient data governance, and providing support for seamless financial and master data processes. Key Responsibilities : System Integration & Configuration: Configure and integrate SAP CFIN and MDG for real-time data replication and centralized master data management. Master Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance frameworks to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance. Issue Resolution: Provide technical and functional support for SAP CFIN and MDG, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. Process Optimization: Work closely with stakeholders to enhance financial and master data processes in alignment with business objectives. Documentation & Training: Develop functional specifications, prepare documentation, and conduct end-user training for effective adoption of solutions. Required Experience : - 2-4 years of experience in IT or CFIN-related roles, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SAP CFIN MDG project delivery and support. - Strong knowledge of SAP S4 HANA CFIN/MDG solutions and related processes. Preferred Qualifications & Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer-facing abilities. - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and culturally diverse environment.
