Technical Consultant - SAP TM Module

Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Technical Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions. This position is integral to ensuring seamless integration between SAP TM and existing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving overall supply chain management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in SAP TM, coupled with expertise in ABAP OO, OData, Floorplan Manager (FPM), and BOPF. This role requires the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including logistics and IT. Strong debugging, performance optimization skills, and the ability to work in a remote environment are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities : - Design, configure, and implement SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions to meet business needs. - Develop and enhance functionalities using ABAP OO, OData, Floorplan Manager (FPM), and BOPF. - Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring system performance and stability. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Optimize system performance and implement best practices in SAP TM. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP TM with other enterprise applications. - Ensure compliance with SAP standards and industry best practices. - Provide technical support, documentation, and training as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) functionality and configuration. - Proficiency in ABAP OO, OData, Floorplan Manager (FPM), and BOPF. - Hands-on experience with debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori, RAP, S/4HANA, and SAP BTP. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in end-to-end SAP TM implementations. - Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes. - Prior experience working in a consulting environment.
