Expected Skills/ Competency/JD : We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Consultant with expertise in end-to-end CRM automation using Zoho, Creatio, and HubSpot. The ideal candidate will help streamline customer relationship management processes, integrate CRM systems across platforms, and provide tailored automation solutions to enhance customer engagement and sales performance. Must have Skill set : - Experience in CRM data migration and system integrations. - Knowledge of API integration and RESTful services. - Familiarity with CRM-related reporting and analytics tools. - Certification in Zoho, Creatio, or HubSpot CRM (preferred).
