Job Description : - Strong knowledge of FinnOne Neo CAS and LMS application. - Proficiency in SQL and understanding of RDBMS - Strong communication skills JD - FinnOne Neo Application Support (L1/L2) - Techno functional Key Responsibilities : Required Skills : - UAT Support : - Support & resolve functional and technical queries raised by application users during user acceptance testing. - Coordination with L3 team (Vendor/partners) and ensure timely closure of queries - Monitor testing timelines and ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met. - Databases : Proficiency in SQL and understanding of RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL). - Domain : Relevant job experience in working on FinnOne Neo Loan Management / Servicing Applications (LMS) and CAS Soft Skills : - Strong communication skills to work effectively with teams and users. - Ability to work under pressure. - Problem-solving attitude and capability to think critically under challenging situations. - Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing environments. Good to Have : Experience in : - Loan Against Property (LAP) - Paid outside closing (POC) - Personal Loan (PL) - Business Loan (BL) - Loan to purchase (LTP) - Short-Term Personal Loan (STPL) - Micro Lending Loan (ML) - Micro Enterprise Loan (MEL) - NBFC Experience Required : 2-5 years Education Requirement : B.Tech. / B.E. in Computer Science / IT or MCA Job Location : Pune Joining : 1-2 weeks (ref:hirist.tech)
