Mobile Application Developer - Java/SWIFT

About the role : We are looking for an Associate Tech Lead Flutter who will be responsible for leading Flutter development projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, experience in architecting Flutter applications, and a passion for innovation. What you'll do ? - Lead the design, development, and deployment of Flutter applications for Android & iOS. - Architect scalable and high-performance applications with best coding practices. - Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to define app requirements. - Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and scalability. - Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment. - Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices for app security and performance. - Stay updated with Flutter advancements, new libraries, and industry trends. What you'll need : - 6 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 4 years in Flutter. - Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter widgets, and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc. - Experience in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations. - Hands-on experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, and App Store/Play Store deployment. - Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) & iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Git workflows, and DevOps practices. - Experience with clean Architecture. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
