Associate Technical Lead - Flutter Platform

We are looking for an Associate Tech Lead - Flutter who will be responsible for leading Flutter development projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, experience in architecting Flutter applications, and a passion for innovation. Responsibilities : Lead the design, development, and deployment of Flutter applications for Android and iOS. Architect scalable and high-performance applications with best coding practices. Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to define app requirements. Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and scalability. Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment. Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices for app security and performance. Stay updated with Flutter advancements, new libraries, and industry trends. Requirements : 6 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 4 years in Flutter. Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter widgets, and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc. ). Experience in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations. Hands-on experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, and App Store/Play Store deployment. Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Git workflows, and DevOps practices. Experience with Clean Architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
