EPBCS Consultant

Position: EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud) Consultant Location: PAN INDIA Experience: 5 - 13 Years Company : Talent Worx (Recruiting for a Leading Client) Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud) Consultant to join our client's growing team. This role demands a deep understanding of Oracle EPM cloud solutions, particularly EPBCS, and a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in building and configuring planning and budgeting solutions, developing complex calculations, and designing insightful reports. Responsibilities : - Lead and execute full lifecycle implementations of EPBCS solutions. - Gather and analyze business requirements to design and develop effective planning and budgeting models. - Configure and customize EPBCS applications to meet specific business needs. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources. - Utilize deep knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Essbase to design and optimize EPBCS solutions. - Migrate existing Hyperion Planning applications to EPBCS. - Develop and maintain Essbase cubes and outlines. - Design and implement end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes using EPBCS/Hyperion Planning. - Configure and customize budgeting modules, including Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, CAPEX, OPEX, Project Financial Planning, and Strategic Modelling. - Develop and implement rolling forecast processes. - Design and develop reports using EPBCS Financial Reporting Studio, Web Forms, Task Lists, Smart Lists, and Smart View/Excel. - Create insightful management reports and dashboards. - Ensure data accuracy and reliability in reports. - Develop and maintain complex Business Rules, Calc Scripts, Calc Manager rules, MDX scripts, and MaxL scripts. - Optimize calculation performance and ensure data integrity. - Implement cost allocation methodologies. - Design and implement security models, including user groups and provisioning. - Manage user access and permissions within EPBCS. - Ensure data security and compliance. - Utilize FDM/FDMEE for data integration between source systems and EPBCS. - Design and implement data load processes. - Troubleshoot data integration issues. - Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. - - Provide technical support and training to end-users. Requirements : - Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. - Extensive hands-on experience with EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud). - Strong knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Essbase. - Proficiency in FDM/FDMEE for data integration. - Experience with EPBCS Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, and Excel. - Expertise in writing Business Rules, Calc Scripts, Calc Manager rules, MDX scripts, and MaxL scripts. - Deep understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes. - Knowledge of financial planning, workforce planning, CAPEX, OPEX, project financial planning, and strategic modelling. - Understanding of management reporting and cost allocations. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience : - Minimum of 5-13 years of experience in implementing and supporting EPBCS and Hyperion Planning solutions. - Proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations.
