SAP Solution Architect

As an SAP Solutions Architect, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Employee Central and cross-HR modules. You will be responsible for defining the vision, design, and blueprint for our future state HR technology architecture. You will leverage your deep technology, functional, and industry skills to advise clients, evaluate technology solutions, and lead large-scale technology : - Act as the primary SME for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central and cross-HR modules. - Provide expert guidance and support to the team and stakeholders on SuccessFactors best practices and solutions. - Define the vision, design, and blueprint for the future state of our SAP SuccessFactors architecture. - Evaluate and select technology solutions that align with business objectives and optimize performance and scalability. - Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps and blueprints. - Lead the deployment and initial stages of execution for technology architecture blueprints and roadmaps. - Leverage deep technology expertise and enterprise architecture strategies to advise, shape, and execute large-scale technology transformations. - Collaborate and manage a team to perform at high levels. - Advise on technology assets during the sales and solutioning process. - Combine deep technology, functional, and industry skills to advise clients on their enterprise technology architecture. - Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR technology solutions. - Manage and lead the team to perform effectively and achieve project goals. -Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. -Responsible for team decisions. - Provide solutions to complex technical and functional challenges. - Contribute to key decisions related to HR technology strategy and implementation. Experience & Skills Required : - Extensive experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Architect, with a focus on Employee Central. - Deep understanding of cross-HR modules within SuccessFactors. - Proven track record of designing and implementing complex SuccessFactors solutions. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices. - Experience in evaluating and selecting technology solutions. - Ability to develop and maintain architectural roadmaps and blueprints. - Experience in leading large-scale technology transformation projects. - Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. - Team management experience. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to identify and resolve complex technical and functional issues. - Strong decision-making skills. - Understanding of HR business processes and best practices. - Ability to align technology solutions with business objectives. - Experience with other SAP HCM modules. - Experience with cloud-based HR solutions. - Relevant SAP certifications.
