SAP PP Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Description : Position : SAP PP - Production Planning Consultant Location : Gurugram, Haryana, India Experience : 6 - 8 Years Company : Talent Worx (Recruiting for a Leading Big 4 Firm) Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant to join our client, a leading Big 4 firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PP implementation and configuration, with a proven track record of successful end-to-end projects, including S/4 HANA implementations. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP PP solutions, and providing expert support to clients. Responsibilities : - Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP modules. - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. - Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. - Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. - Design, customize, configure, and test SAP PP solutions. - Participate in requirements gathering discussions with clients. - Clearly document business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis. - Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. - Participate in SAP blueprinting and design discussions. - Configure SAP PP solutions based on business requirements. - Document and perform functional testing to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the solution. - Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. - Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. - Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues. - Document functional designs, test cases, and results. - Provide training support to end-users on the SAP PP module. - Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. - Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. - Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects. - Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss and explain complex solutions. - Self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members. Requirements : - 6-8 years of experience as an SAP PP Senior Consultant. - Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations, with at least one on S/4 HANA. - Strong understanding of MRP & MTO, and MTS scenarios for both Repetitive and Discrete manufacturing. - Proven ability to configure SAP PP solutions. - Experience with planning and participating in SAP blueprinting and design discussions. - Strong understanding of production planning processes. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. - Ability to identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. - Excellent analytical skills. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - - Self-motivated and proactive.
