Python Developer - Flask/FastAPI

Sankey Solutions are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in API development to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable, high-performance APIs using Flask and FastAPI, along with proficiency in AI/Generative AI (GenAI) models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. You will work with technologies, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and MQTT, to develop robust solutions in a fast-paced environment. Experience : 3 -7 Years Must have Skills : FastAPI ,MongoDB, Python Location : Thane, Mumbai Notice Period : Immediate Joiner Number of Openings : 3 Work Mode and Type : WFO, Alternate Saturdays working Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy RESTful and asynchronous APIs using Flask and FastAPI. - Implement AI/GenAI/RAG-based solutions to enhance product features and performance. - Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for efficient data storage, retrieval, and management. - Integrate messaging protocols like RabbitMQ and MQTT for real-time data processing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality code. - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability. - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical mentorship to junior developers. - Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development, AI, and system architecture. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelors or Masters degree in related field. - 3 to 7 years of proven experience in Python development, with strong expertise in Flask and FastAPI. - Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI models, RAG architectures, and integration into production systems. - Proficiency in MongoDB and PostgreSQL for database design and management. - Experience with messaging queues such as RabbitMQ and MQTT for event-driven architectures. - Solid understanding of RESTful API principles and microservices architecture. - Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
