The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, SQL, Python programming, and business intelligence, with the ability to leverage these skills to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making. As a Data Analytics Manager, you will oversee the team's operations, manage analytics projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of data analysts and data scientists, ensuring effective execution of data analytics projects. Develop and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Python, and other analytics tools. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable data solutions. Design and implement data analysis methodologies, ensuring that analyses are robust, accurate, and efficient. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions. Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from relational databases. Write efficient, reusable Python code to automate data processes, perform complex data manipulation, and generate analytics reports. Provide leadership in establishing data governance practices and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data. Mentor junior data analysts and team members in data analysis best practices and technical skills. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of analytics projects. Stay current with the latest advancements in data analytics and technologies, continuously improving the team's skillset and efficiency. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (5 years) in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role. Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting from relational databases. Expertise in Python for data analysis, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization techniques. Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Experience in managing data analytics projects, including resource management and project prioritization.
