Business Analyst

Role : Business Analyst Description : We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in business analysis and will play a key role in helping our organization improve processes, products, services, and software through data analysis. Responsibilities : - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders - Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications - Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments - Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment - Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and management - Support project management in the implementation of solutions - Monitor project progress and provide status updates - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Skills and Qualifications : - 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or related field - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) - Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in requirement gathering and documentation - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in business analysis (ref:hirist.tech)
