Java Engineering Manager

Java Engineering Description : We are seeking an experienced Java Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a talented team of developers in Bangalore. As a Java Engineering Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions while managing technical challenges and guiding the team towards achieving both short-term and long-term goals. You will be responsible for driving the technical direction of projects, leading architectural decisions, and promoting best practices across the development team. Your leadership will ensure a collaborative and high performance environment while aligning the team's objectives with the company's overall business goals. Key Responsibilities : - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Java developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Oversee the design, development, and delivery of Java-based software solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guide the team in solving complex engineering challenges. - Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices across the team. - Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, execution, and delivery. - Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business Skills : - 9 years of experience in Java development, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and related technologies. - Experience in leading Agile teams and driving the adoption of best practices in software development. - Solid understanding of microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and CI/CD pipelines.
