Job Description
Role : Business Analyst (Remote) Location : Remote Experience : 15 Years Employment Type : Full-Time Joining : Immediate Preferred Bonus : Exciting Tech Stack | Great Company Culture | Quick Interview Rounds Role Overview : We at Stalwart Innovations Pvt Ltd are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our remote team and play a key role in understanding and documenting business needs for our global client's projects. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, creating functional specifications, and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and the development team. Responsibilities : - Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis. - Translate business needs into clear and concise functional and non-functional requirements. - Create and maintain various business analysis artifacts, including user stories, use cases, process flows, data models, and business requirements documents (BRDs). - Develop a deep understanding of the client's business processes, systems, and data. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements. - Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and obtain feedback. - Identify and analyze business problems and propose potential solutions. - Assist in the prioritization of requirements and backlog management. - Support the development team during the implementation phase by clarifying requirements and addressing queries. - Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the delivered solution meets the business requirements. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Requirements : - Experience: 15 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a software development environment. - Requirements Elicitation : Proven ability to effectively elicit and document business requirements using various techniques. - Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex business data. - Documentation Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation. - UML and Process Modeling : Familiarity with UML diagrams (e.g., use case diagrams, activity diagrams) and process modeling techniques. - Data Analysis Skills : Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools (e.g., SQL, Excel). - Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at different levels. - Understanding of SDLC : Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Facilitation Skills : Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and workshops. - Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Nice to Have : - Experience working on projects for global clients. - Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools. - Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA CBAP, CCBA). - Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (ref:hirist.tech)
