DevOps Engineer - AWS Services

Job Description : We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and automation to streamline our CI/CD processes, infrastructure management, and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s), Linux shell scripting, and configuration management tools like Ansible. Required Skills : - Cloud Platforms : Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, etc.) - Infrastructure as Code : Proficient in Terraform - Containerization & Orchestration : Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s) - Scripting : Strong in Linux Bash/Shell scripting, and Python scripting for automation - Configuration Management : Experience with Ansible - CI/CD : Familiarity with pipeline tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD - Operating Systems : Proficient in Linux system administration - Other Cloud : Exposure to OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is a plus - Version Control : Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket Key Responsibilities : - Design, build, and maintain highly available infrastructure on AWS - Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform - Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring tasks - Set up, manage, and monitor container orchestration with Kubernetes - Write and maintain Bash/Shell and Python scripts for automation - Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines - Ensure infrastructure security, scalability, and compliance - Troubleshoot issues in production and non-production environments - Monitor system performance and implement improvements Preferred Qualifications : - AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) - Experience with OCI services is a strong advantage - Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) (ref:hirist.tech)
