Mention that you work with global clients on long-term projects and offer a great company culture with a focus on a positive and collaborative environment.] Role Overview : We at Stalwart Innovations Pvt Ltd are looking for a highly motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our remote team and help us build and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure for our global client's projects. In this role, you will be responsible for automating infrastructure provisioning, implementing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the high availability and stability of our : - Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager). - Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar. - Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or similar. - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python). - Implement and manage containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm. - Ensure the security and compliance of our infrastructure and applications. - Participate in on-call rotations to address critical system issues. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth and efficient software releases. - Contribute to the development and improvement of our DevOps practices and methodologies. - Focus on improving system reliability, performance, and scalability, aligning with SRE principles. Requirements : - Experience : 15 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering or Site Reliability Engineering. - Cloud Platform Experience : Solid understanding and practical experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP). - CI/CD Tools : Experience with at least one popular CI/CD tool (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Hands-on experience with at least one IaC tool (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager). - Scripting Skills : Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python). - Containerization : Experience with Docker and container management. - Orchestration (Desirable) : Familiarity with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm. - Monitoring and Logging : Experience with setting up and utilizing monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). - Version Control : Proficiency with Git and version control workflows. - Understanding of Networking : Basic understanding of networking concepts. - Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues. - Communication Skills : Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team. Nice to Have : - Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. - Knowledge of SRE principles and practices. - Experience with serverless technologies. - Security best practices in cloud environments (ref:hirist.tech)
