Data Mining Analyst

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Process Mining Analyst to join The ideal candidate will leverage tools like Apromore and Celonis to uncover data-driven insights, simplify processes, and drive operational improvements. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, with morning shift hours and exciting opportunities for digital transformation. Must-Have Skills & Experience : - 5 years of hands-on experience using Process Mining tools such as Apromore or Celonis. - Strong ability to perform data-driven process discovery and identify opportunities for improvement. - Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex workflows and understand value-driving levers. - Experience in documenting and measuring implementation opportunities using data. - Proficiency in SQL, Teradata, Qlik, and other data manipulation or modeling tools. - Solid understanding of data architecture, with a focus on completeness, flow, and latency. - Excellent data visualization capabilities to build intuitive dashboards using tools like Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI. Good-to-Have Skills : - Experience in data pipeline development, with attention to security and governance. - Understanding of full IT process footprints. - Capability to identify and interpret process variations. - Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks. - Exposure to BI tools like QlikSense, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
