DevOps Lead - ELK Stack

Job Title: DevOps Lead Experience: 5-9 Years Location: Cochin SEZ / Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.). - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. - Manage infrastructure as code using CloudFormation (mandatory) or Terraform (preferred). - Ensure secure, compliant, and high-availability deployments. - Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Ops teams to streamline delivery processes. - Monitor and troubleshoot systems using CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc. - Implement containerization with Docker and Kubernetes (including EKS). - Lead ITIL-based change management, risk assessments, and post-change reviews. - Drive observability, telemetry, and "shift left" testing approaches. - Maintain version control best practices, Git branching strategies, and audit-ready pipelines. Must-Have Skills : - Strong hands-on experience with AWS and GitLab CI/CD - Expertise in CloudFormation, DevOps best practices, and automation - Solid grasp of networking, SSL/TLS, and IPSec VPNs - Experience with container orchestration and Kubernetes (EKS preferred) - Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Nagios, etc.) - Exposure to Agile and ITIL frameworks (ref:hirist.tech)
