Senior React Native Developer - iOS/Android Platforms

Roles and Responsibilities : - SME in at least one functional module of the system or service - Design and quality ownership of the service owned as the the SME - Say/do ratio of > 95% in execution - Code reviews and quality gatekeeper for the SME area - Assist and mentor junior members - Responsible for enforcing code reviews and test coverage - Ensure no regressions in the modules owned - Serve on interview panels and help grow the organization Must Have Skills : - 7 years of experience in Software development. - Have 5 years of relevant experience with React Native and Redux - Hands-on experience working on React Native on the front end to create Android/iOS Apps. - Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles - Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6 syntax - Hands-on with REST APIs, offline storage, and native modules - Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts - Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Android Studio - Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux) - Experience with React Native New Architecture (Turbo Modules, Fabric, JSI) - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with Git and version control systems. - Experience with mobile CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions). - Knowledge of mobile security practices and data protection. - Write unit tests with Jest for pure functions, services, and Redux slices. - Build integration tests for components, screen flows, and state interactions, assist with E2E setup using Detox or Appium. - Published apps on the App Store or Google Play Store. Qualification : - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or technical degree - Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques and best practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
