Java Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code using Java 11 and related technologies. - Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React/Redux. - Write high-quality code that solves difficult problems in a highly distributed system with extreme demands on resilience and quality. - Ensure comprehensive test coverage for your code, striving to meet our team's goal of 80% coverage. - Participate actively and contribute to our scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. - Be involved in all stages of the product lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, and at times, release and deployment. - Participate actively in design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. - Develop and consume RESTful APIs following Swagger/OpenAPI specifications. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our systems. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in Java and front-end : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent. - Mandatory : Strong knowledge of the capital markets domain, including concepts related to Capital Markets, Clearing, Settlement, Depository, Registry, Trading, Financial Instruments, or Corporate Actions. - 6-12 years of hands-on experience in developing backend Java applications. - Proven experience in front-end development using React/Redux. - Strong proficiency in : 1. Java 11 2. ReactiveX (e.g., RxJava) 3. RESTful API design and development 4. Swagger/OpenAPI for API documentation 5. React and Redux for front-end development 6. Build tools like Gradle 7. Version control with Git and BitBucket 8. Continuous integration with Jenkins - A self-driven attitude with a strong sense of structure and creativity in problem-solving. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
