Workday Technical Integration Manager

Job Title : Workday Consultant - Integrations & HCM Location : Bangalore, Range : 9.5 to 12 the Role : We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Workday Consultant with a strong focus on integrations and deep functional knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. Based in Bangalore, this role requires a minimum of 9.5 years of dedicated Workday experience and the ability to effectively manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess mandatory Workday Integration certification and be adept at troubleshooting complex integration issues, leading design sessions, and independently developing and testing integrations and reports. You will play a critical role in supporting our Workday platform, ensuring seamless data flow and providing expert guidance on configurations and Responsibilities : - Serve as a Workday expert with a minimum of 9.5 years of hands-on experience, capable of working on and managing multiple Workday projects concurrently. - Utilize mandatory Workday Integration Certification expertise to design, develop, test, and deploy complex Workday integrations. - Provide in-depth expertise in Workday solutions to help customers and internal teams resolve complex integration issues. - Lead design and requirements gathering sessions for Workday integrations and reporting solutions. - Independently develop and test complex integrations using various Workday integration tools and technologies. - Hands-on experience with Cloud Connectors, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB), Document Transformation (DT), Workday Studio, and Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL). - Create and manage custom fields, calculated fields, and advanced reports within Workday. - Develop reports using BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) as required. - Work with XML and XSLT for data transformation within integrations. - Provide production support and resolve incidents related to Workday integrations and configurations. - Utilize knowledge of migration techniques, including I-Loads and I-Load helper. - Build various report types including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports, demonstrating the ability to switch between Financial (FIN) and HCM reporting requirements. - Possess detailed knowledge of Workday Business Process Configurations, Security (including ISU/ISSG), and their impact on integrations and Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other quantitative fields. - Minimum 9.5 years of direct, hands-on experience with the Workday platform. - Mandatory Workday Certification. - Mandatory Workday Integration Certification. - Strong functional experience in key Workday HCM modules. - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday integration issues. - Strong experience leading design/requirements sessions for Workday integrations and reports. - Ability to independently develop and test complex Workday Integrations and Reports. - Hands-on experience with : - Cloud Connectors - Core Connectors - EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) - DT (Document Transformation) - Workday Studio - Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL) - Custom Fields & Calculated Fields - Advanced Reports - BIRT - XML, XSLT - Detailed knowledge of Workday Business Process Configurations. - In-depth understanding of Workday Security, including ISU/ISSG. - Experience resolving incidents and providing production support for Workday. - Knowledge of migration using I-Loads or I-Load helper. - Experience building various report types (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Skills : - Knowledge of Payroll Integrations (PECI/PICOF). - Experience with middleware integrations involving Workday configuration. - Understanding of various Workday Financial (FIN) modules would be Qualification : BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MBA (ref:hirist.tech)
