Job Title : SAP B1 Finance Report Developer (Remote) Location : Remote Experience Required : 5 Years Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Finance Report Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP B1 reporting, financial data analysis, and report customization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom financial reports and dashboards that support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy custom financial reports using SAP B1 tools (Crystal Reports, SQL Queries, etc. - Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain and optimize existing financial reports for performance and accuracy. - Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and company policies. - Work closely with SAP B1 consultants, ERP analysts, and business stakeholders. - Develop dashboards and KPIs for financial performance tracking. - Provide support and training to end users regarding reporting functionalities. - Perform data validations and reconciliations to ensure data integrity. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. - 5 years of experience with SAP Business One, especially in reporting and finance modules. - Proficiency in Crystal Reports, SQL, and SAP B1 HANA or SQL Server versions. - Strong understanding of financial concepts, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow. - Experience in ETL processes, data modeling, and integration with external systems is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications : - SAP B1 certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Business One). - Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus. - Familiarity with automation tools like Boyum, coresuite, or similar SAP B1 add-ons.
