Salesforce FSL Developer - LWC/Apex/Visual Force

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce FSL Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce Field Service Lightning platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a deep understanding of Salesforce's architecture and capabilities. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement tailored solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce to meet business requirements. - Develop and customize Salesforce Field Service functionalities, including work orders, service appointments, and scheduling optimization. - Implement custom objects, fields, flows, and validation rules to support business processes. - Utilize REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other platforms. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications. - Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems. - Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Collaborate with field teams to optimize the FSL mobile app for field technicians. - Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and team members. - Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability. - Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols to maintain system integrity. - Implement automated testing and continuous integration processes to ensure code quality. - Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and ensure compatibility with FSL configurations. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. - Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 4 years of overall Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Field Service Lightning. - Proven experience in developing and customizing FSL features and functionalities. - Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL. - Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Salesforce DX. - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required. - Salesforce Platform Developer II and Field Service Consultant certifications are preferred. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience with Agile development processes and tools. - Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Understanding of field service operations and best practices (ref:hirist.tech)
