Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to manage and optimize enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Oracle AMS, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Remedy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and AI-driven observability, ensuring seamless integration between business applications and data pipelines. Key Responsibilities : - Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of enterprise applications including Salesforce, Oracle AMS, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Remedy. - Ensure applications are up-to-date, secure, and aligned with business needs. - Implement AI-driven solutions for proactive incident detection, management, and resolution. - Enhance application observability to monitor performance and user experience effectively. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration between applications and data pipelines. - Support data flow, transformation, and storage processes to facilitate analytics and reporting. - Support and enhance AMS and Oracle AMS-related workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions accordingly. - Monitor application performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. - Manage application licensing, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver application solutions. - Provide technical support and training to end-users as necessary. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Advanced certifications in relevant platforms (i.e., Salesforce Administrator, Oracle Certified Professional) are advantageous. - 5 years of hands-on experience in application support and management within enterprise environments. - Proven track record of managing and optimizing applications such as Salesforce, Oracle AMS, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Remedy. - Experience in implementing AI-driven observability and incident management solutions. - Background in data engineering and integration of business applications with data pipelines. - Experience with AI-driven observability platforms and incident management tools. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle AMS and Salesforce platforms. - Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Wolken, Oracle CX, ACID principles, product telemetry systems, Zoom, licensing management, Incorta, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Remedy. - Understanding of Application Management Services (AMS) processes. - Experience with AI-powered incident management frameworks (ref:hirist.tech)
