Job Title : Sr. SAP SF Employee Central (EC) Consultant Location : Remote (India) Experience : 6-10 Years Primary Skills : SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central (EC) Work Time : Singapore Timings Job Description : As a Senior SAP SF Employee Central (EC) Consultant, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules. You will leverage your extensive experience to manage HRIS, system configurations, integrations, and global HR processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the system meets business requirements and drives HR efficiency. Responsibilities : - Configure and customize SAP SF EC modules to meet business requirements. - Implement best practices for global HR processes within the SAP SF EC system. - Manage system configuration, data migration, and testing activities. - Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Provide expert knowledge on HRIS processes and system functionalities. - Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides. - Design and manage integrations between SAP SF EC and other systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. - Ensure seamless data flow between systems. - Support global HR processes, including employee data management, organizational management, and reporting. - Provide guidance on best practices for global HR operations. - Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users. - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Provide ongoing system maintenance and support. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and incidents. - Perform system upgrades and patches. - Manage small to medium sized projects related to SAP SF EC implementations and enhancements. - Adhere to project timelines and budgets. Experience & Skills Required : - 6-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central (EC). - Proven experience in configuring and implementing SAP SF EC modules. - Experience with global HR processes and HRIS management. - Strong understanding of SAP SF EC modules and functionalities. - Experience with system configurations, integrations, and data migration. - Knowledge of HRIS principles and best practices. - Experience with reporting tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work Singapore time zone hours. - SAP SuccessFactors certifications. - Experience with other SAP SF modules. - Experience with project management methodologies.
