Data Analyst - Power BI

Responsibilities : - Develop advanced-level visualizations and dashboards using Power BI. - Write complex DAX calculations to support data analysis and reporting. - Integrate data from various sources into Power BI to create comprehensive dashboards. - Create insightful charts. - Design and develop database solutions using Snowflake. - Create and maintain SQL queries, including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures. - Create dashboard and pivots for data analysis. - Design, develop, and manage ETL processes using SQL and SSIS. - Acquire and prepare data from various sources for analysis. - Perform data transformations and ensure data quality. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Create and maintain reports using Excel and SSRS. - Develop and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. - Build data transformations with set of queries and DAX functions in Power BI, ensuring accurate and efficient data movement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and insights. Required Skills and Experience : - 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst. - Strong proficiency in SQL. - Experience with SSIS for ETL processes. - Hands-on experience with Snowflake. - Advanced skills in Power BI, including visualization and DAX calculations. - Proficiency in Excel and SSRS for reporting. - Experience with database design and development. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work1 the required shift. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with cloud-based data platforms. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts. - Experience with scripting languages (e.g, Python) (ref:hirist.tech)
