Salesforce Technical Architect - Lightning Web Components

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead solution design, system architecture, and enterprise-level implementations. This role involves working with Fortune 500 clients, driving Salesforce transformations, and providing technical leadership across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement Salesforce architecture solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Industry Clouds. - Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. - Lead pre-sales efforts, including POCs, demos, and responding to RFI/RFP. - Oversee end-to-end Salesforce delivery, including data modeling, system integration, and performance optimization. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Flosum, and Azure DevOps. - Ensure technical governance, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for Salesforce solutions. - Mentor and guide technical teams to enhance their Salesforce skills and delivery capabilities. Requirements : - 10 years of experience in Salesforce/CRM implementations, with 3 years as a Technical Architect. - Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP APIs. - Experience in multi-cloud environments-Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Industry Clouds. - Strong background in Salesforce data modeling, system integrations, and solution architecture. - Salesforce Certifications preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, PD2). - Proven leadership in technical governance, CI/CD, and deployment across environments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
