Opportunity for a Public Law Attorney with a Specialization in Urban Planning! The Green Recruitment Company is in the search for a legal professional with experience in Administrative Law, with a focus on Urban Planning and knowledge in energy, public procurement, and/or environmental regulations. Main Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on urban planning matters nationwide. Oversee and coordinate legal aspects of energy projects, including photovoltaic parks, storage, hydrogen, and self-consumption initiatives. Assess and manage administrative and regulatory procedures. Support public procurement processes and environmental regulations. Draft legal reports, appeals, and litigation documents. Desired Profile: Plus 5 years of experience in urban planning law, energy law, public procurement, or environmental law. Strong knowledge of applicable urban and energy legislation. Ability to analyze legal risks and propose effective solutions. Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
