The position: Do you want to be part of the "creation" of a new Business Unit focused on the field of Autoimmune Diseases (mainly Rheumatology and other related specialties)? At Accord Spain we are looking for an excellent Sales Representative, proactive, passionate about his work and taking on new challenges, a fighter and a great professional, who will lead the commercial activity of our growing portfolio of pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory (Aragon/Navarra). ensuring compliance with sales and market share targets, as well as sector and company policies. In this interesting and challenging position you will mainly dedicate your time to promote/sell our different products (current and new launches) in the aforementioned therapeutic area, being the deep knowledge of them, as well as the related pathology, crucial in the performance of your work. Implicit in your functions will also be to establish good relationships with the main decision-makers/prescribers, key opinion leaders and specialists in the treatment areas, understanding their priorities, needs and overcoming possible barriers with the aim of achieving sales in your territory (hospitals, specialty centers and if applicable pharmacies). At the same time, you will be the architect of creating, establishing and consolidating our best company image, developing and implementing creative and effective marketing and "account" plans in line with the company's strategy, which allow us to build customer loyalty and consolidate the Business Unit. Also, and as part of your responsibilities, you must periodically analyze market/sales data to identify trends, updating and maintaining databases, adapting customer segmentation and preparing the corresponding reports on the market/territory. The person: Excelente comercial , perspicaz, convincente y empático, luchador, “gusto por los retos”, con buenas capacidades estratégicas/tácticas, analíticas, de planificación y de resolución de problemas. Proactivo, capaz de desarrollar estrategias de ventas creativas e innovadoras y con la capacidad de trabajar con flexibilidad en función de las prioridades cambiantes y las condiciones del mercado. Experiencia en un puesto similar dentro de la industria farmacéutica/medical devices/nutraceuticals. Se valorará positivamente tener experiencia en el campo de la Reumatología/Autoinmune. Capacidad de estudio, aprendiendo y actualizando la información sobre nuevos productos, así como sobre el área terapéutica correspondiente, con el objetiivo de permitir una comunicación eficaz con los diferentes clientes y profesionales sanitarios (interlocutor válido) Excepcional orientación al cliente: dedicado a satisfacer las expectativas de los mismos convirtiéndolas en resultados, creando redes internas y externas eficaces con las principales partes interesadas para cerrar el proceso de venta. Búsqueda por la diferenciación/innovación Gran capacidad de comunicación (escrita y oral), confianza para entablar relaciones a todos los niveles, capacidad de influencia y persuasión. Creencia en el Trabajo en Equipo con visión de conjunto, pero también gusto por la autonomía y con iniciativa propia. Buena capacidad de gestión y concepción de proyectos, así como de superar las posibles barreras a la prescripción. Capaz de gestionar múltiples flujos de trabajo para cumplir los plazos y mantener la atención por los detalles, incluso en un entorno de trabajo complejo y acelerado. Empleo del tiempo y recursos de forma efectiva y eficiente Se valorará titulación universitaria. Es deseable un alto nivel de inglés hablado y escrito. What do we offer?
