Know the Market: Stay informed and ready to answer questions clients will ask. What We’re Looking For: Tech-Comfortable: You’re quick to learn new tools and know your way around a CRM. Clear Communicator: You’re good at explaining things, listening well, and asking the right questions. Motivated: You set goals and push to meet them without needing to be told.
