Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 years occupational therapy experience required. Are you currently seeking to cover a maternity leave school based OT position? As a school based Occupational Therapist (OT) at a on-site position in Burlington, MA , you will provide individualized and group therapy to support students in developing the skills they need to succeed in their academic and social lives. Job Details: - Maternity Coverage Leave - Dates: June 2025 through October 2025 (Not including August) - Hours: 7:45AM - 2:45PM - Caseload: Itinerant Position at 2 Elementary Schools and 1 Middle School - Onsite only Qualifications: - Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. - Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist - Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or pediatric setting. - Knowledge of IEP development and educational systems. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff. - Ability to adapt therapy strategies to fit diverse student needs. - Familiarity with sensory processing issues and motor development.
