Job Description
Salary negotiable Commision KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE: Advise on, guide, analyse and explain the financial and business aspects the company Provide client support and other business advice Provide technical advice to team members Maintain all appropriate systems by monitoring and evaluation MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THIS ROLE: Provide efficient supervisory support service Assist to develop, improve and implement the risk based evaluation strategy and procedures of the companys projects Establish and maintain an efficient filing system for projects at the evaluation and monitoring stage Liaise with Senior management to review and assess budgets, audit accounts and other financial returns of high- and above-average-risk Liaise with and support clients, directors and lead officers Take appropriate action by putting support services in place to resolve issues Visit clients and attend board meetings where necessary Provide client support through the provision of financial management and business advice, with the emphasis on sustainability and on matters of governance Undertake monitoring and evaluation visits as required Undertake site visits and attend project meetings Liaise with Senior management and team of expert professional and technical advisors to ensure effective capital project delivery Set up and maintain detailed risk registers for projects Provide technical advice and support to the team As appropriate take part in annual review meetings Provide monthly cash flow projections for the Finance manager under the direction of the Executive Officer Support the Senior client liaison officer in the preparation of reports for SMT and officers Support Senior management in the training of directors and officers related to financial management, financial accounting and the interpretation of financial reports Work with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance with monitoring and evaluation procedures Prepare and present reports to committees as required Ensure customer service is of a high quality within own areas of responsibility Take responsibility for own and others health and safety and reports potential hazards to the line manager Identify and manage risks within area of responsibility Take responsibility for self-development and own development action plans Maintain a flexible approach to the role and responsibilities of the post Undertake any other duties or projects delegated by Senior management and/or the Director of operations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE INTER ALIA: Identifying and pursuing opportunities in the export market Promoting the Companys products to foreign clients Leading proposal preparation and negotiations Achieving assigned order intake objective Assisting and providing input and client feedback for enhancing the current and future product range Participating to strategic business plan. Safety: Apply Health and Safety Standards and Regulations Other: Any other job related tasks as required from your Manager, Director or Financial Manager All positions can be required to assist in another division or position, for career path reasons, multi skilling of employees and in-house promotion and training, as per management discretion. The performance, quantity or/and quality of all duties, must be best of the ability of the employee, for the good of the business. Attitude and loyalty toward the business is of utmost importance 2 years of relevant industry experience in Internal and/or External sales. Internal and/or External sales of welders, welding consumables, grinders, generators and other industrial tools.
