Industrial Engineer

Minimum Requirements National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field 510 years of experience in production, including roles in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Planning, or Supply Chain Management Proven project management experience In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in serial production environments Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and tools Strong knowledge of SAP (EP1/S4) Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse working environments Excellent communication skills in English (German is an advantage) Strong interpersonal, analytical, and teamwork skills in a global, multicultural context Key Responsibilities Analyze, plan, and optimize production systems for improved efficiency and performance Maintain Industrial Engineering (IE) master data Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to: Process optimization Change management New product introductions Evaluate production performance metrics (e.g., OEE, TEEP) to support continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making Assist in product cost estimation and optimization Conduct time and motion studies (e.g., MTM, REFA) for effective workplace design Lead capacity planning and capital investment projects Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA)
