Site Construction Manager

Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a site construction management role. Project Management experience Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures related to site operations. Must be based in Gauteng , but willing and able to travel and stay overnight as needed between project sites in Limpopo and Melrose . Proficient in MS Projects and other relevant site management tools. Demonstrates leadership and management skills , with a strong ability to supervise teams and drive project timelines. Must be organised , detail-oriented , and professional at all times. Strong commitment to quality control and compliance standards. Honest, ethical, and reliable no job hoppers will be considered. Humble , with positive energy and a team-oriented attitude . No formal degree required, but hands-on site experience is essential. Salary: Market-related , based on experience and skillset.
