Job description: Provide comprehensive PA support to four Senior Managers, including diary and travel management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including supply management and facilities coordination. Draft, format, and manage professional correspondence and reports. Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in all communications.
