Technical Consultant - MS Dynamics 365

Role Description : This is a full-time hybrid role for a D365 Technical Consultant at Kiash. The role is located in Hyderabad with some work from home flexibility. The D365 Technical Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analytical skills, consulting, technical support, troubleshooting, and : - 4 years of Azure experience with at least 3 years in product implementation and hands-on cloud technical activities within enterprise environments. - 4 years of Dynamics 365 F&O Administrator experience in multinational company - Working knowledge of monitoring/logging and dashboarding tools such as Azure Health Monitor, Azure Log analytics, Azure Application insights, etc. - Experience with D365 F&O implementations - Self-learning skills - Self-motivated; and detail-oriented with excellent organization and documentation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to issue : - Analytical Skills, Consulting, and Troubleshooting skills - Technical Support and Sales skills - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus - Strong problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
