Audio/Video Service Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled AV Service Engineer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AV systems, a strong technical background, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of audio-visual systems for our clients, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : - Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual (AV) systems, including projectors, video walls, sound systems, and other AV equipment. - Perform on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting of AV systems to ensure optimal performance. - Provide technical support to clients, addressing and resolving any issues related to AV systems. - Conduct regular maintenance of AV equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary. - Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure smooth implementation of AV solutions for clients. Requirements : - 1 to 6 years of experience working as an AV Service Engineer, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of AV systems. - 3-year diploma or a bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of AV systems, including audio equipment, video displays, control systems, and related technologies. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AV hardware and software. - Good understanding of cabling, signal flow, and equipment integration. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (native).
