ServiceNow SecOps Specialist Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated and experienced ServiceNow SecOps Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in implementing and managing Security Operations (SecOps) modules on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Vulnerability Response (VRM), and a strong foundation in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Key Responsibilities : - Implement and manage the ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules, primarily Vulnerability Response (VRM). - Work with security and infrastructure teams to integrate VRM with external vulnerability scanners and remediation systems. - Ensure effective incident, change, and problem management through integration with ServiceNow ITSM. - Customize dashboards and reports to monitor vulnerability trends, SLA adherence, and remediation progress. - Perform requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation of best practices in security workflows. - Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline vulnerability management lifecycle and improve response time. - Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and ensure smooth functioning of VRM and ITSM modules. Required Skills : - Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VRM). - Solid understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and workflows. - Experience integrating third-party vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) with ServiceNow. - Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and using Flow Designer in ServiceNow.
