ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Specialist We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Specialist with 5-7 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, ITSM, and Discovery along with strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Orchestration. - Design, configure, and maintain an accurate CMDB (Configuration Management Database). - Integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ensuring a seamless workflow. - Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery to map infrastructure and applications. - Customize and develop applications using ServiceNow Custom App Developer tools and techniques. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow environments. - Provide best practices and mentorship to junior team Skills : - Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping). - Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation. - Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery Implementation. - ServiceNow Certified : ITOM Implementation Specialist & ITSM Implementation Specialist preferred. - Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) within the ServiceNow platform. - Experience with custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.
