Datacom Developer

Datacom are seeking an experienced Datacom Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing and maintaining Datacom applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical foundation and a passion for Develop and maintain Datacom applications and systems according to project requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Datacom applications. - Optimize application performance and enhance user experience. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment. Skills and Qualifications - 7-10 years of experience in Datacom development or a related field. - Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, or Python. - Proficient in Datacom technologies and tools, including but not limited to Datacom DB, CA Datacom/AD. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
