Xpetize - Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities : - Analyze learning needs and target audiences to design effective instructional materials. - Develop e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), job aids, and assessments. - Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather content and feedback. - Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy) to create engaging learning experiences. - Use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar. - Evaluate and revise learning solutions based on feedback, analytics, and performance data. - Ensure all learning content aligns with accessibility standards and best practices (e.g., WCAG). - Maintain and update existing training materials to keep them current and relevant. - Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and integration, if required. Requirements : - Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related field (Masters preferred). - 25 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training. - Proficiency with instructional design tools and e-learning authoring software. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theory. - Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus. - Graphic design or multimedia skills are a plus (e.g., Photoshop, video editing).
