About the Role : Are you a skilled Salesforce Developer with a passion for Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) ? Stalwart Innovations is hiring experienced Salesforce CPQ Developers to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects within a hybrid work model across multiple top cities in India. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce CPQ solutions that meet our clients' complex business requirements. We are looking for individuals who can hit the ground ground running and prefer immediate joiners. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, customize, and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions based on business requirements and best practices. - Build scalable and high-performance components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. - Collaborate closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and post-production support. - Provide support for deployment activities and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Salesforce CPQ and integrated functionalities. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines to maintain a healthy and sustainable Salesforce instance. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CPQ features, releases, and best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies. Required Experience and Skills : - 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. - Strong and mandatory hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration and development. - Proficiency in Apex programming language, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. - Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and its declarative and programmatic customization capabilities. - Experience working in hybrid and Agile development environments. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to1 work independently and as part2 of a distributed team.
