Key Responsibilities Leadership : - Lead a team of Spring Boot developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support. - Drive the technical vision and strategy for Spring Boot and Design : - Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable Java-based applications using the Spring Boot framework. - Collaborate with system architects to ensure overall system Review and Quality Assurance : - Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team. - Implement and enforce coding standards and best Planning and Execution : - Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation. - Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project and Communication : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, QA engineers, and system architects. - Communicate technical concepts and decisions to non-technical Improvement : - Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices. - Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best Integration : - Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational [MongoDB] to design and implement data models. - Optimize database queries for improved application : - Proven experience as a Spring Boot Lead for min 2 projects. - In-depth knowledge of Java development and the Spring Boot framework. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based solutions. - Experience with database design, optimization, and integration. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP). - Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
