The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization, with a focus on ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and working in a hybrid Responsibilities : - ServiceNow Implementation & Configuration : Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets business requirements and follows best practices. - Module Configuration : Configure and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery), and CSM (Customer Service Management), aligning with business needs. - Workflow & Business Rule Development : Design and develop workflows, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, and scripts to automate and optimize business processes within ServiceNow. - Customization : Customize forms, fields, notifications, and UI/UX elements to improve user experience and meet specific business requirements. - Third-Party Integration : Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with third-party applications such as HRMS, CRM, and ITOM to create an interconnected IT Skills & Qualifications : - Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM, HRSD, and CSM. - Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), workflows, business rules, UI policies, and service catalog items. - ServiceNow Modules : Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules. - Integrations : Experience with integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools such as HRMS, CRM, ITOM, and other enterprise systems. - Customization Skills : Ability to customize forms, fields, notifications, and UI elements based on user needs.
